English Language Learners (ELL) (Primary Topic)
In this presentation, the identification and classification of English Language Learners (ELLs) will be explained. In addition, participants will learn how to use the English Language Development (ELD) Standards to support the teaching and learning of ELLs. Finally, those viewing this module will gain an understanding of the ELL proficiency levels and how to use them to meet the needs of ELLs. Please allot 15 to 20 minutes for this presentation.
